Google has made UDL possible through Chromebooks and Google Classroom. Many tools are built-in, while extensions go deeper for full access to the curriculum. We will demonstrate Snap&Read, Co:Writer, and Quizbot for Google that features annotation, accessible quizzes, language supports, writing supports, text leveling, and study tools.

Participants will learn how to make learning accessible to a wide range of students with diverse learning styles and abilities through technologies for Google. They will see tools that address reading and writing needs stemming from ELL, dyslexia, and learning disabilities. This session includes videos and data from districts that are getting outcomes with the learning technologies demonstrated.

Session Agenda:
10 mins: Introduction to providing access to the curriculum and ESSA and interactive discussion.
15 mins: Providing independent access to grade-level text with Snap&Read for Google.
10 mins: How to quickly understand what students comprehend through Google Forms and Quizbot.
15 mins: Addressing writing needs with Co:Writer for Google.
10 mins: Final questions and implementation resources.
